10/5!! Last year I got my phone screen fixed at a place in Springfield where they did an absolutely horrible job. The screen lifted a month after repair and LED spilled out the sides. It cracked into bits last week even with a tempered glass screen protector. So I took my phone to iTechRepairs, and he was extremely polite, knowledgeable and fast. He replaced my screen and battery in half an hour, and I knew the quality of work was perfect because I haven’t had a good, responsive phone in over a year. Unbeatable price and quality of work! Highly recommend 🙂
I needed a battery replaced for my iPhone 8 and took it to Dave. Not only that he replaced the battery but also corrected the puffed up screen. He did it so well and the battery he gave is top-notched. My iPhone now looks like it’s brand new. I checked the battery’s health and it said 100% as maximum capacity. He’s direct, no B.S., and he does not rip you off. If you want to save time and money, take your smart devices to Dave for repair. You will be surely glad that you did. Super nice guy, very flexible with picking up and dropping off! Not super cheap, but definitely paying for quality work and parts.

I would much rather support a small business than pay Apple $350 for the same work.
The only thing I wish he would’ve done is to clean my phone, like around the speakers and misc ports (dirt build up). Totally not necessary, but would’ve been a great surprise!
