The absolute worst and rudest service I have ever had with a company. I took my brand new and my old laptops in because they told me they could easily transfer my data from the old to the new. Told me it would take two days. They called me on day seven to tell me it was ready. When I tried to open my files on the new laptop, nothing would open. Nothing! I took the laptops back as I was told it would be fixed but was accused by one of the techs of taking my laptop somewhere else and that someone else messed it up. I can assure that is not the case. It went from the store I bought it from, to my house, never opened and still in the box, to Digital Cowboys, to my house, then back to them. I was told they would work on it that evening and it would be ready the next morning. I received a call at 9:34 am with more questions about what I needed done then was told they would have it finished and would call in four hours to let me know I could pick it up. I still had not heard from them at 5:30. I picked it back up today and we will see if anything works.

Best service I could have ever dreamed of for sometime I felt so powerless over.
I don’t know anything more about a computer than the fact it types, and these guys diagnosed my problem, and fixed it all within a few hours, with little money spent. The one guy has worked there 11 years and knows exactly what he’s doing. He was super cool, respectful, kind, and helpful.

I really trust Digital Cowboy with my computers. I just got my main business computer back after it uploaded and installed Windows 11 all by itself. That computer was so hosed. They did a wipe and reinstall of windows after upgrading my hard drive. This computer is now a race horse! And their prices won’t break you.
