James and the whole team were extremely professional, helpful, and solved two major tech issues that we’ve had. We had a PlayStation that got fried from a power surge and a cracked screen on my wife’s iPhone. First issue was solved in a few days, and the second within an hour. I’m so glad this place exists! It’s so nice to have a resource to go to instead of replacing or throwing away perfectly functioning products.
Wow great experience with Shaye, nice to see such professionalism, I needed a battery for my iPhone 11 and I made an appointment to come in at 5pm also asked for a quote on cleaning the charge port, because I couldn’t charge through it. At 5:45 it was done and he comped the cleaning of the charge port. Can’t say enough about how satisfied i am.
I had a great experience at uBreakiFix Vero Beach. James was incredibly helpful and assisted me in contacting the claims department when my phone was damaged. This location is definitely one of the best for repairs. I highly recommend them! I’ve tried others in PSL that weren’t as trustworthy.
