I just recently moved to Virginia Beach. I googled to find a place I could have my computer repaired as well as gain additional help with application. I had to pleasure of meeting Lacy store owner of East Coast Computers. I have never experienced the positive customer service that Lacy provided. Not only did Lacy repair my computer he took the time to explain to me how to utilize the applications that I had installed on my computer. Lacy’s knowledge and expertise in my opinion is best in the business. I reached back out to Lacy to obtain his opinion on a refurbished computer for my son. Lacy took the time out of his day to research and send me some recommendations that I have acted on. There is no one else I would use other than East Coast Computers and Lacy.

Where do I begin. I built a gaming pc back in January and for the life of me I could not figure out why my fans would not spin. I finally threw in the towel and entrusted Lacy at ECC to get it back up and running properly. Customer service was top notch and I was always kept in the loop on any progress that was made. After the fans were fixed and I took it home another problem came up that required more time than I was able to give it. I called Lacy and took the pc back to him and he was able to work his magic yet again. I highly recommend East Coast Computers, these guys know what they are doing!
