Called store and described broken phone to them and they said to come in and they could fix it. When I arrived, the guy looked at the phone (still completely functioning at the time) and said they could not fix it. He took the case off and did some things to the phone and told me that I would have to get a new phone through insurance. When I got the phone back from him the screen no longer worked and the phone was not usable. I realized this in the parking lot and then went back in to show him that my phone did not work anymore and then he said he could fix it for $150. This place lied to me multiple times and then proceeded to kill my phone in an attempt to get money out of me. Now I do not have a working phone like I did before I went to uBreakiFix in Waukesha. Also, the guy seemed to not know what he was talking about and his blue acrylic nails did not seem fit for a job that requires you to deal with screens. Very unprofessional.
Service was out of this world. I dropped my device off this Saturday at around 5:45 PM. Jeremy called me at 6:24 to call and say my device has been repaired. (They closed at 7 pm today, not sure about the other days.) I was very much on a time crunch!! Very friendly, very quick. 5/5 recommend for anyone looking to get their phone screens repaired. And an added bonus, my coverage through AT&T paid for the majority of my repair, while I only had to pay 29 bucks, which will be added onto my next billing cycle. So basically my phone repair was free in girl math. Thank you Jeremy, you’re amazing!! P.S. Jeremy assured me he’d try his very best to get my phone fixed before closing time, which he did!!
I usually only come here when I have dropped my phone and am in need of a new screen. I came for a charging port cleaning, which used to be a free service for Google phone owners. The employee notified me that it was now a paid service because people were freeloading the service. I’m totally fine with that, but when you charge $30.00 for a phone charging port cleaning, it shouldn’t be dirty within a week. I don’t work, I don’t use it outdoors at all. I enjoy the quality of service that I have always received before, but now that it costs that much money just to clean dirt out of a phone port, I expect a little better quality. I have not reached out to the business about my issue as of yet.
