There is truly not enough stars to rate this. My technician was Nathan. He was amazing. I was quoted 4 hours. I was also told my phone was not fixable and it was probably going to be cried. I took it on down to the Milwaukee location. I brought it in with little to no hope. I was very scared as I have family pictures of my newborn son on there. That was not backed up and within an hour and 45 minutes. I got a text that my phone was completely done. Everything was still on it. Everything was fixed. Am iPhone with Brandon? The lady that worked the front desk. I do not remember her name was just so sweet. As can be made me feel at eis nephiladelphia. East and I will continue to come back. My best advice for anybody. As if you have a product that you have been told is not fixable. Don’t hesitate to give this business a chance. Thank you so much, Nathan. Because of you. I have all of my memories back and I’m able to go to work tomorrow smile. As my job requires me to have my phone.You guys are super rock star

Took laptop in for routine cleaning, said it was overheating and that i would probably be a frequent customer due to working area being a little dusty, not something i can help. However, when i got the laptop back, it was cleaned but with an addition new hole in the the bottom of my laptop and is missing several screws. There are other screws that are almost poking out of the plastic as well. Waited a week to work the issue out and was told they would do the labour but i would have to pay for parts to replace which is completely irrelevant as the price would still not make sense in comparison to buying a new laptop. On top of all that they did no temp testing first time around and left degraded thermal paste on my components which left my laptop still overheating on first visit. Really shoddy job done and disappointed in what they offered to make it right.

Tldr they put holes in my laptop where screws are, lost screws, and didnt even complete the original job on first go.

I had my Apple Watch repaired here last year in July my battery died and had to be replaced. Meaning they had to remove the front of my watch to replace the battery. I was randomly cleaning my house and the front of my watch just fell off upon assessment there’s black glue on random parts of the inside of my watch but very little around the seal. So per their warranty, there is nothing they can do about the watch because it’s not under warranty anymore. I explained that the battery wasn’t the issue the issue was the shotty way they glued my watch together. I have several Apple Watches and only wear this particular watch on special occasions I’m almost positive it would have fallen apart earlier if I had worn it more often. This place has predatory business practices and charges for repairs more than it would cost to replace for new more often than not. The employees also lie about the manager being in so they do not have to address issues.
