Best tech repair shop in Portland metro area. They provided outstanding & FAST service. Once they obtained the parts for my 2019 MacBook Pro, it was ready the next day! Clear and concise with the service they’ll provide. I messaged many shops around Portland area & could barely receive any information, that’s if they even replied in a timely fashion. Some were even unsure they could do it & wouldn’t take responsibility for anything going wrong. E-Tech immediately assured me they could get the job done. I was so impressed on the great customer service with e tech. We had a Samsung phone screen get broken. I called and was able to describe the problem. They ordered a new screen and I was told it would take 3-5 days but not including the weekend only tookn2 days. I was told it would take 3+ hrs to fix bit I couldn’t get in until after 4pm. I expected to have to pick it up the next day but they got it done in about an hour. The phone works and looks great.

They were amazing! I went in to get my MacBook Pro fixed because some keys on the keyboard weren’t working. I went to Apple to see how much they would charge to fix it and they said it’ll cost $700. Then I went to E-tech and they said that they would do it for $360! The computer now works great! Would definitely come again.
