today I have used the T-Mobile store on the Timberlake road in VA. The service there, as always, was wonderful. I have talked to Sam and his associates many times. They have always been on the ball to try and help with any problems that were capabilities.
I also talked to the tech support guys from Maine and another area (Steve) from another state. Again, they both did a superior job with great attitude’s the entire time. I am totally fixed and enjoyed my experiences in the store and online!

so friendly! I had called multiple places and they were all telling me it was going to be over $200 to fix my phone screen, but luckily when I called this store, they offered me a fair price and got it done as soon as I brought it in. Really great prices, really great people. Definitely will be going here for future repairs.
Just had a camera lens on my iPhone 14 Pro Max replaced. Incredibly well priced. Took him less than 5minutes. I’m very impressed. Staff was friendly. The shop itself is well stocked with accessories and has toys to help keep kids occupied if there is a wait. I was in and out in 10minutes with another customer in front of me.
