I came here thinking I needed a new screen on my phone because the screen was unresponsive. I called ahead since I have an older iPhone. Was quoted a price to repair it, made the drive. Walked into Johns shop, and showed him what was going on, he asked a few questions and come to find out I needed to do a hard reset on my device. I didn’t even need a new screen. John didn’t charge me to trouble shoot my phone which was amazing, he could have charged me the price to fix the screen even when it didn’t need it like other shops have, but he didn’t. I would recommend this shop 100 times over! Saved me money I didn’t have to spend to fix my phone, but needed done. John was kind and said he isn’t out to screw people over. I believe it.

I reached out to John about my PS5 after receiving a recommendation through a friend. He responded with a get-it-done-no-matter what attitude and promised a time to complete and FOLLOWED THROUGH. It was fast and it was thorough. The quality of work he did to fix my Ps5’s hdmi port is equivalent, if not better than what you would get at any of these commercial places. He was also honest about what he was doing. I would trust going to him over any of these other places including Geeksquad, UbreakIfix, who try to get you with other sales – insurance and what not.
