I found Chris about two years ago and he definitely gives the very best computer support I have ever encountered in my entre lifetime, literally. Chris is honest, he solves problems, he is incredibly responsive. The final product when Chris is done with his work on my computers is amazing. I think that Chris is a natural at IT work, he was born for this; he is so incredibly intelligent when it comes to solving any and all of the technical problems I have ever had. I always walk away so much better off after working with Chris than I was before I asked for his help. His resolutions are even better than what I hoped the resolution would be, for example my computer was slow, he not only fixed it but it works faster and more efficiently now than any computer I have ever used! Chris is a really awesome amazing IT specialist. Now live part-time in Massachusetts and part-time in Williamsburg but I will ship my computers if I have to get them serviced in person by Chris because he is that trustworthy and that good.

My computer began slowing down and we reached a point where it was difficult to conduct business. I contacted G Computer for an appointment. Chris was prompt in diagnosing the computer. He contacted me and advised that the computer was failing. He gave me options for repairs which would have only extended the life briefly, as well as recommendations for replacement. We opted for a replacement and within a short time had the data transfers completed and the new laptop set up and ready to go. He followed up a few days later to check if everything was satisfactory. This was not my first service request with Chris and his now newly named company Curate. He has always been professional, prompt and easy to work with. He is a valued member of my team. Over the 7 years we have lived in Williamsburg, Chris has fixed two laptops and was honest enough to tell us it was not worth fixing a third. Recently, He came to our home and set up a whole house WiFi network that allows us to have WiFi cell phone conversations all over the house, garage, and in the backyard with no dropped calls. We live where there is virtually no Verizon Towers, so no service unless we have reliable WiFi.
