If you need your phone fixed you should come here! I broke the back of my phone a couple months ago and got it fixed, but I needed the back of my iPhone 15 replaced asap, and no one was able to help until someone guided me towards Cell Phone Zone! I dropped my phone off and when I came back two hours later my phone was brand new:):) The owner was very reassuring and informative. I believe the prices are reasonable as well. Everywhere else I called either could not replace the back or it cost me $200+ just to replace the back not including the battery.
I am very grateful for this company to help me in a short amount of time for a reasonable amount of money.

Had a cracked phone that I needed repaired that day. After googling places in Williamsburg Cell Phone Zone had the highest ratings so I gave them a try and honestly the owner was very polite and professional had me in and out in less than an hour. Phone looked and worked great. He was even kind enough to offer me a discount if I would leave a review after I asked if the price he gave me was the lowest he could do. He didn’t know at the time what kind of review I would give him which makes me believe he takes pride in his work and making sure he does the best he can do with each customer. Thank you again! Will def use you again in the future

I stopped by this shop today for assistance with my phone. I explained exactly what needed to be done and it would’ve only taken 2 minutes. The gentleman told me that it wouldn’t work and sent me on my way. I walked around the corner to another computer repair shop and they were gracious enough to spare the 2 minutes (literally) that revived my fingerprint sensor. I cannot personally recommend this shop based on my experience.
