I was unable to get my phone to charge or do anything and the Geek Zone took care of me and fixed my phone…The repair cost was minimal compared to how much a New or Refurbished Phone would have cost me. The customer service was also great and the repair technician explained what was wrong with my phone ..I will definitely go to them for all my phone and computer repairs.. I even saw a computer I was interested in purchasing…You should definitely keep this store at the top of your list for all your computer and phone needs…Remember a New or Refurbished Phone will cost way more money.

Amazing experience with Tony and Monjur. My 10 yr old computer finally gave out. The Geek Zone was my 1st and last stop I made while trying to figure out my next move. Tony and Monjur explained eloquently that my laptop was DOA ( dead on arrival) Tony provided viable options without pressure and answered my many questions before my decision. My situation was resolved in 24 hrs and I returned to pick up new lap top with all data transferred and old documents in a folder. GREAT JOB GUYS ! Highly recommended!

Needed a new hard drive. Took it in Wednesday; told Tony I really needed it by Friday. He called Friday afternoon and told me there were issues and it would take until Saturday.
