Yesterday, my granddaughter’s MacBook Air stopped working. It turned out it needed a brand-new battery. When we called the Apple Store, we were told that it would take at least a week or longer to send it out for a new battery. My granddaughter had to have this computer in high school, and she could not be without it for even a day, let alone more than a week. Fortunately, I went to Google and discovered a company called Overnight Computer and Mac Repair. I called and spoke to a gentleman named Anthony and asked if he could get a battery and install it in my granddaughter’s MacBook Air. His name is Anthony, and he could not have been nicer. He told me that he’d get a new battery overnight, and once he had it, he’d be able to install it on my granddaughter’s computer in approximately time. I called him today, and he told me that the battery had come in, so I immediately went and brought the laptop to him. You told me installing the battery would take about a half hour. Less than 15 minutes later, he came to me with the MacBook Air, which had a new battery and was working beautifully. I asked Anthony what he charged for the installation, and I was shocked when he told me it was $20. In my opinion, I felt that $20 was unrealistic, so I gave him $50. As the saying goes, “You get what you pay for.” if I could give this business ten stars, I would happily do so. Hi Heidi, I recommend anyone needing repair of their laptop, iPad, or any iMac. Do not hesitate to contact this company.

The quality of service and customer service has really changed since this place has gotten a new owner though they did fix my employees computer it took four extra days and a lot of wasted trips to the store.

My employee had coordinated with the owner. the owner said that his computer would be fixed and done by closing time. When my employee Got to the location the computer was still not done. I later got a text message from my employee that he ran into the owner of the shop that had just told him he would be working on his computer until it was finished, instead he was getting a burrito.

I’ve never had a problem bringing in a PC or a Mac here before the quality of service has definitely gone down. And if you look at the pictures the place looks nothing like what it used to it’s kind of a pig pen.

The only reason I don’t want to give overnight PC and MAC repair a one star is because at least they fix the computer but I did waste time and money and payroll.

* Update
Read what they blame customers in their answer. Apple experts in the apple store noticed the issue and informed me even before they removed the cable from the connector. This device had never been opened before Overnight PC&MAC repair opened.

Look what they did from a simple job (replacing HDD with SSD).
1. they destroyed the LCD video data connector by pulling the cable hard, so it causes ‘black screen’ issue and had to pay $$ to fix in other store.
2. black marks on top left of the screen – this CAN NOT fix unless you’d replace with a new one!

they’re worse than an amateur! I’m warning you. DO NOT use their services!
