I went here 2 weeks ago to get my son’s phone fixed(Motorola g5g). He said he had to order the screen and it would be 1 or 2 days and he would call me when it came in. No problem. On day 3, I went there asking if my screen came in yet(thinking maybe I missed his call or something). He said it should be in tomorrow. That was 2 weeks ago and I STILL haven’t heard from him. I went somewhere else and got it fixed. Not the way to do business, especially when you’re not the only game in town.
Terrible service paid almost $500 to get my iphone 12 fixed then he slapped some cheap lcd screen in it, Which didn’t even last a week. So then for $20 he put an even cheaper screen in it, which didn’t last over a week either. Then he claimed I broke the second screen, which I did not, so he could then claim he could not repair it a second time. Now I’m out a phone AND $500. DO NOT GO HERE. I GOT SCAMMED!!!!!
Service was easy and reasonable. I was able to receive an estimate about my purchase. I received my phone in about 30 minutes. Screen protectors available. Large, versatile selections of cases for android and iPhone models. I will be returning for future repair needs. Cash and card are accepted. Cash is preferred.
