If it were possible, I would give these idiots a -5 star rating. They have caused me great personal grief and enormous expense.

This business is a total scam.I brought my I8 iPhone to them on 10/14/23 for a battery replacement, which they assured me they were able to do, that it would take about an hour and that the cost was $65, When I arrived I was told the cost would be $80 and it would take 1.5 hours. When I stated that a $65 prices was quoted to be just a couple of hours before I walked in the store, Josh (the front desk person) told me that I was quoted the wrong price but since I was already given the $65 quote that he would honor it. That should have been my first red flag propelling me to turn 180 and run. But I left my phone with them and went about my daily business.

When I returned 2 hours later I was met by Josh whose first words were, “Well, I don’t have good news for you.” The problem? They removed my battery, installed the only non-Apple authorized battery replacement that they had. Now my phone would not accept a charge. He apologized about the problem and further stated that there was nothing he could do to help anymore. The only solution he said was to get a new iPhone because the I8 was already obsolete! The good news, he said, was that he wasn’t going to charge me for the “work” they did!

I threatened him with legal action if he refused to compensate me for my loss. His reaction? “That fine, do whatever you have to do, and furthermore, this store will close in early November.” He scurried away into a rear area of the store where he couldn’t be seen and wouldn’t return!

Avoid this store like it was the plague. These people are the very worst type of idiots that you’ll likely find operating what appears to be a legitimate business anywhere in Mahoning county.

Listen, before you replace your phone or even try to fix it your self. Take it down to this gentleman. Knowledgeable respectful and helpful. Let me further explain. This last few weeks my phone was charging and then not charging. Finally I gave in and looked Fone fixers. Stopped in had him look at it, free of charge. He cleans it and gets it charging. Next day same issue won’t charge take it too him 20 mins before close we talk for a second cost like 70 bucks to change the charging port. So we schedule for next day. Best part he had a charger the would charge it so I would not be without a phone. He did all that just to help me out. Doesn’t know me at all but because of his help he just got a life time customer thanks again

Rob was really fast and helpful, he walked me through everything that was going on with his troubleshooting my busted battery so that I fully understood what was wrong. He repaired my phone in about an hour and I had a working phone again with a brand new battery by noon! I’m so glad I didn’t visit the AT&T store so they could attempt to just sell me a new phone or send it away for multiple days and leave me without a phone. He cleaned the charger port out for no additional fee.
