Saying my time is valuable and I have other things to do besides help you tells me that you don’t want my money even though I was willing to pay extra for your time. And I was willing to leave my device for when you had free time to work on it. If you’re overbooked and have no actual time to work on my device then you could said so. But you didn’t and lost my money along with any future business with me.

The owner’s response is a lie since they told me to go drive to the AT&T store then come back, never told me to go call anyone since my phone was busted. Hard to call anyone when your phone screen was smashed up at the time. You never bothered to allow me to leave my phone because you’re so busy which you told me repeatedly in a long lecture about how much your time was worth. Didn’t snatch my phone off the counter as much as this owner exaggerates about my attitude.

Complaining about one star reviews when you’re busy is the height of irony. Also, stating that a quick one star review means that you dodged a bullet isn’t a great look nor attitude for any business owner. If you have issues with customers’ complaints then you need to either chill, shut up, or think about before responding to them then sleep on it then edit out the snarky attitude and the lies.

My wireless carrier said my phone had hardware problems they couldn’t fix. They offered to sell me a new phone or try a mobile repair place. Went to BAP to see if it could be fixed. They ordered the part and I returned the following day, once the part was delivered. After an hour wait, the phone was repaired and ready to go. No games or problems. Very satisfied with the work and service.

Stellar service. I have a Galaxy Note 20. Fixed my phone within 3 days and it’s like brand new! Can’t say enough about the service. I could have bought a refurbished one for $285 but he refurbished my own phone for $270. Good deal to me because I got a new screen, battery, and back. More than pleased! Also did business with a local company. Will be back for all my phone needs.
