I had taken my computer to get fixed here a couple months ago and it was disappointing to see that they weren’t able to fix it. It was a newer computer and they wouldn’t be able to get the part it needed. But they were very communicative and highly responsive and respectful. If I had a older computer to fix I wouldn’t mind going back again. They were very friendly in store and called exactly when they said they were going to call.

Charles does his magic with knowledge, fast, and very reasonable service. I am a snow bird so use My Internet Place frequently. But when I am home in Canada and have an issue, Charles is my guy. Just a text and he takes control of my device remotely….issue solved. Far and away best computer tech guy I have ever used.

Went in there with a $1000 computer gift that I couldn’t use. 2 min…fixed! Then I used their internet for maybe an hour…so fast! Cost $5. What? Thank you Jesus…and Hannah (the hard hearted vamp of Savannah GA) who is so patient. 3 elder customers went away so thankful. Great place
