I needed a PC to cope with photo editing in lightroom and photoshop, I am by no means clued up with PCs.
I searched for a local PC shop/specialist and found 3d computers on www.
24h later I popped in to see Pete “Owner” Explained to Pete what I do as a hobby and what PC requirements I needed to use LR and Photoshop.
A few days later I received a very reasonable quote, with a breakdown of everything I needed.
Happy with the quote I gave Pete the go-ahead.
4 days later the PC was ready to collect.
Everything was preinstalled on the PC all I had to do was plug in and away I went.
I am absolutely over the moon with the PC and its performance.

Very satisfied with the service. Price point was excellent, and the staff were professional and polite. Very happy to recommend. I would use again. They clearly are experienced and capable.

Like a new computer and brilliant value for money. I guarantee that if I had taken it to PC world or any of the large repairers it would have been twice the price and taken twice as long.

The only feedback that I have is that prior to the repair I rang several times and no one picked up the phone. The same when checking on the progress of the repair. But I guess that they were busy doing intricate work. I’d encourage other customers not to be put off and to leave a message or go into the shop. They rang me straight back when they missed a call, and that was great customer service.

When my 6 year old iMac suddenly stopped working in the middle of a large job I called 3d Computers and they were able to fix it. They warned me it would be 5 working days and it was. They replaced the hard drive with SSD and the not only is it fixed there is a noticeable difference in performance. I thought the charges were very reasonable.Excellent, helpful service and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
