I had the opportunity to use A:Prompt Computer Center to upgrade my computer. I was in a quandary changing from Windows 7 (Vista) to Windows 10 only to find out from several other friends how robust Windows 10 is and not all PCs are compatible. This company is fantastic. Eddie is awesome. Although I did have to change out a few things for the upgrade, he upgraded my computer and did a few things which saved me with expenses. Eddie is very knowledgeable. His work is professional, timely and efficient. I would not hesitate recommending them for your computer needs. I will definitely use them in the future. They have a variety of services they offer. It is a pleasure working with A:Prompt Computer Center.

My LT wouldn’t wake up ,so I drove here after reading the reviews. Eddie was very helpful, and after a couple of hours ,he confirmed my fears that my device was DOA. After purchasing a new LT ,I dropped it off, and Eddie started his magic .He was able to transfer all my files and put me back in business in 5 hours.There was an expedited charge,however, it was well worth it.I’m 100% satisfied and definitely recommend A:/ Prompt .
