Thank you so much for coming to our home in the evening. Thank you for setting up my son’s computer and making him the happiest little boy in the world! I appreciate that you made time and made sure that everything was working the right way and everything was functioning at the highest level. He’s very knowledgeable and explains things. He doesn’t leave until the job is done. I also want to add that he didn’t come out and start speaking computer language. Something that I don’t understand. A Though Z computes was a great experience. My computer’s old/slow drives
were quickly replaced with new TB drives and all data, information, and large image files were transferred to the 4 new drives.
Jim is thorough in explaining what needs to be done, is fair priced and a pleasure to work with.
He kept me informed of the progress over the weekend and once completed delivered my computer, set it up and started it up.
I now have plenty of storage and the computer is super fast.

THANK YOU JIM!! From the bottom of my heart! I was ready to cry because I couldn’t find anyone to help me. I needed my laptop right now and he did it! I called 6 Computer Repair Shops and only 1 answered the phone. While I was on the phone with that place Jim text me and told me he could help me in a little bit that he was busy at that moment. The other person basically told me that I need a new laptop. Ha! I got off the phone and called A Through Z Computing right away.
