Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with AAA Electronics and would not recommend them to anyone. I had a minor problem with my television and dropped it off at AAA Electronics in June. A couple of weeks went by, and Greg informs me he was unable to fix the problem. No big deal as the TV is still watchable.

When I arrived to pick up my TV, Greg informs me that there had been an “issue”. Several televisions in his shop had been damaged including mine. Someone had scratched the screen rendering my TV useless. Greg assured me that he would order a new screen for my television and make the needed repairs. This was mid-July.

I patiently waited and followed up with Greg in late August and was informed the part was still on back order. For the next two months Greg, the owner of AAA Electronics, would not respond to my calls or texts. I finally got a response in early November. Greg said that he would try to replace my television with something comparable. Another month went by without any response from AAA Electronics.

By early December I decided to make one more call before giving up on the whole issue. To my surprise, Greg answered the phone, and we arranged to meet up so he could provide a refund. It only took 6 months, but I finally received cash for the television. It was less that what I expected considering it was ruined while at his shop. My only warning to anyone thinking of using AAA Electronics is one word: DON’T.

Brought my TV to AAA Electronics because of the good reviews. My experience was to say the least, terrible. I paid the diagnostic fee and the next day I was told I needed capacitors and the TV would be ready the next day. Turned out he needed to order them and the TV would be ready in a week. I called a week later and was told he needed a regulator as the TV would stay on. Waited a week and called numerous times and Greg would not return my call. After about 5 weeks I asked Greg to order the whole board instead of just the regulator. Again weeks go by with me trying to get a update and no return call. Finally Greg responds and says the part will be in tomorrow and he will put it in immediately and call me. Days go by so I call him and he says that part did not work and he now thinks it could be related to some LED part. My TV was a plasma. Greg now has my TV which he is probably using for parts. WORST communication and repair service ever! Go to a real company instead of someone’s home to get your item serviced.

I called Greg on a Thursday morning and informed him that I had a TV with sound, no picture and it might be my LED lights. He advised that LED lights may more than likely be the issue but he would have to check.
Based off of that, he was able to provide an estimated quote but informed me that if it was a different issue he would let me know (the competition searched, beat around the bush and quoted a significantly higher price). Greg came that same day; very professional, patient and knowledgeable. He took my TV and had it back the very next day. Greg’s work is phenomenal and compared to others I’ve contacted, not as expensive. The additional plus to his service was he came to me. I recommend Greg for your TV repair needs. Great guy, awesome service.
