Very upset , I took my computer to get my screen replaced and I got a call that I may need a new hard drive , well I paid I took my laptop to another professional shop and this shop did a full diagnostic and let me know my hardware connectors were damaged at the time of replacement , this place was trying to charge me another $200 to give me something I did not need I’m highly upset , he did not even take the time to see what went wrong he was just ready to take more money , I will spread the word in the Greer area that this place does bad business please be aware !! Then he had the nerve to tell me I had a family memeber look at it nope another professional shop that gave me exceptional customer service , there was also damage done to my keyboard !!

I went to have a charging port repaired on my laptop. It was $160 to repair and I agreed to it. My charging port broke at the airport. However I was using the headphones to listen to music when I noticed this. However, after the charging port was repaired, I went home to find that my headphones wouldn’t plug in. I brought the computer back to the owner and he told me after shining a light in the audio jack that a piece from my headphones are stuck in the hole and that it would be expensive to fix it. Also it would be cheaper to buy usb headphones. No need to argue being that the damage was done and he denied it. Won’t be doing business there again and will spread the word what to expect there.

He charged me $350 for a supposedly new hard drive and windows upgrade. Now I can’t connect to the internet and I called Spectrum and Lenovo and they say it’s old and they can’t access it. I should have went to Best Buy for a new computer!

And you want to charge me just to look at it! You could have been a decent person and check it out, but no, you want to charge me again. I paid you $350 because I couldn’t get on the internet. Same exact problem I’m having now!
The few times I did use the internet, it was much slower than my old one.
