Ordered an A-Board for my Plasma TV. Ace Basin shipped a defective board. I paid a professional to install the defective board, which is when we found out it was defective. It took close to 2 weeks to get a refund for the defective A-Board, and they basically told me “the technician installation cost was on me”. I was more than reasonable and offered to split the labor charge, even though they shipped me the defective A-Board. After they received my return, it appeared to me that they put it back up on eBay to screw the next person like me. Very hard to trust companies like this one. Also, it took several calls and emails to finally get a response from them.

Had a 55″ Samsung tv that picture went out, google repair shops near me & found ace, decided to give them a try.. drop the tv off & in 2 days they found the issue which was my backlight went out. They repaired it in about a week.. good customer service & fast turn around. Only had 1 issue which was with billing that a Limbo in the system accidentally charged me 2x but I contacted them the day I found out & they correct the issue the same day and was refunded within 3days. Most company’s would help but hesitate but the owner Connor got right on it.. would highly recommend to anybody needing tv repairs..

I was fortunate to be referred to Ace Basin Electronics (ABE) by friends of ours who had recently worked with Connor and his team installing smart displays at the new Hilton Head Christian Academy Campus. We were about to send my son’s Nintendo Switch off to New Jersey for repair when I thought to ask ABE if they could do it instead. Of course the answer was “yes”. The service was professional from start to finish and our son’s switch was repaired quickly and with care. I will surely be using ABE in the future.
