I brought in my computer to Ace Computer Guy for repair. I had a laundry list of problems with it and brought that list with the computer. I was advised they would run diagnostics and let me know what the problems were. I called after several days and was told the diagnostics showed no problems and that they had been unable to replicate the issues I had been having. Bottom line, they couldn’t fix what the computer wouldn’t do.

When I picked the computer up, I really expected to be charged for the time the gentleman had spent trying to replicate the problems. Instead, I was told that since no problem could be found, there was no charge.

My only thought now is that there is some problem in my home, perhaps a faulty cable or surge suppressor. As far as Ace Computer Guy though, I would not hesitate to do business with him again. He was honest and professional and I recommend him.

I have this Lenovo laptop that’s by far the best laptop I’ve ever had. I was shocked one day when the hinges failed without warning and I couldn’t open or close the screen rendering it no longer portable. After talking with another local technology company I was told to go buy a new laptop as this one was non-repairable. I called Dion at Ace Computer Guy, he asked me for the make and model number of my laptop and said he’d get back to me after doing a little research. Within a day or two he had sourced the parts I needed and in about a week they had the parts and the service repair was completed within one business day of me dropping off the unit by their in house specialist Jaren who performed the repair with expert care. Great service at a fair value. 5 Stars for Ace Computer Guy and their team of experts who aren’t afraid of taking on what others won’t.

Tried to put together a new pc for myself.(I’ve done it before and figured it out) Put everything together and it did not boot. Gave up after a few hours. Decided to take it in and they diagnosed and helped me fix the issue within 2 days. Very easy and helpful service for a lot less than it should be.100% keeping their business in mind from now on!
