I went to Ace Tech two times. The first time with a broken old Christmas music box. They said that they didn’t do that type of repair but recommended a place nearby that did. Ace Tech was right on. The recommended place did an outstanding job at a reasonable price.
The second time was to repair a desktop computer that had some sort of thermal problem. They said it would take a few days to get to it … I’m sure every customer wants their item fixed today … but everyone has to realize that they aren’t Ace Tech’s only customer.
A few days went by and I called to check on the progress. One of the friendly Ace Tech guys said the computer was done, but they were just running some more diagnostics to make sure it was 100% OK. An hour later they sent me a text telling me my computer was ready to be picked up. I was happy with the price and impressed with the professionalism of everyone there.
It was nice to have a working computer again … and Ace Tech will be the first place I go the next time I have any problems with my PC, iPad or iPhone. I highly recommend Ace Tech.

6 weeks to repair a tablet screen. Wasted 30$ for them told HOLD my tablet. Also told them I had a screen for it. They said would take about 4 weeks to fix it. 125$ to do it. I went to a more expensive looking shop in downtown long beach and they did it for 35$ and I got it fixed the same day within 37 minutes. Ace tech GARBAGE

I had an awesome experience with Act Tech. My iPad was doing something strange and I’ve had no luck with this issue at previous places but Ruben took the time to really diagnose my iPad and had it up and running for me in no time! I’d recommend Ace Tech to everyone! Thank you so much for your help!
