My husband’s computer crashed. I looked up many companies and chose ACTX . We arrived and John diagnosed the problem . He explained everything he was doing including the why and how. I learned so much from him. He fixed the problem the same day. I took my older computer to him, and he did the diagnostic and fixed it while I stood there. He said my computer was good, but the hard drive was weak. I said should I replace the hard drive, he said no the computer is to old. It is working so much better now.. He is so knowledgeable, but unlike other tech people he explains and does not act like it is magic . I would not go any where else. He is HONEST, KNOWLEDGEABLE, VERY REASONABLE ,RETURNS PHONE CALLS AND LIKES HELPING PEOPLE. Other business people should take lessons from him.

I have to say that John was FANTASTIC!! My son built his own gaming PC and has been having troubles from day one. He is an incredibly smart and patient teenager but just couldn’t get past an issue. Even though all the components are very high end, John was able to break everything down to the basics and actually walked him through the process step by step, while teaching along the way. John was very patient and I could tell he was genuinely excited to teach a kid that has a passion for this kind of stuff. They got everything working and my boy went away beaming like it was Christmas morning. Thanks, John, you also made Dad very happy!!

John was extremely helpful in over the phone trouble shooting on my gaming computer. After trying all suggestions over the phone we figured out it was a software problem. I brought my computer over to him and he was able to fix the issue in about 1 hour. He was extremely easy to work with and was very knowledgeable and kind. He didn’t charge me for the troubleshooting over the phone and the overall price was fair. I would highly recommend bringing your computer here for repairs.
