My girlfriend brought a laptop in a good while back (almost forgot to write the review) for a keyboard replacement job.
-They were rude to her throughout the extremely unpleasant process.
-It took them SIX months, an entire semester and a half without the laptop she depended on for school.
-They lost her Laptop charger, and refused to make that right.

I genuinely prefer and love writing 5 star reviews, and have done several, but sometimes people need to be warned about a business. I feel like it’s the right thing to do as a person.
