We downloaded a Windows 11 install to an external 2 TB HD, not realizing that the entire drive would be reformatted in the process and everything else on the drive would be lost! This included much of my son’s professional (architectural) files, going back to his undergrad and Master’s work and several years of photography. Chris @ Advanced Computer was able to restore just about everything within 2 days and at a very reasonable cost. We are greatly relieved and very satisfied!
Chris is very knowledgeable! I’m OK with computers but there’s some stuff I won’t do (don’t want to lose my data). Chris is your man! If your data is recoverable he is the one to do it! (Unless you need a completely destroyed hard drive forensically repaired. Then you need a Labratory)

I brought my PC in after it started making a very odd grinding noise upon start up. Fearing it might have been the pump for my processor cooler I brought it to Chris who diagnosed it as an exhaust fan and repaired it the same day. I definitely recommend him and will head back if I have any issues in the future.
