Mike fully explained each thing he was doing with my laptop computer and got it working with his own parts and software to find out what needed to be replaced. He charged a great price and will probably talk you through things you may encounter in the future. he even made sure the windows update was complete before sending me on my way to save me data.. He’s not out there to nickel and dime you, but actually find the root problem and make sure it doesn’t happen again.
Took computer to him for bezel kit repair & he went inside of keyboard & messed up whole computer. Computer no longer works in which I watched movies & played music the very day before I took to him.I advise anyone not to go to him for your least computer problems. He doesn’t deserve any stars from me. 0 stars but 1 star is what I have to push in order to post
My Dell had charging issues, and Dell quoted me several hundred dollars and at least a week to send it in and have it (hopefully) fixed. I called Affordable Computer Repair, and my computer was fixed the same day I brought it in AND at an extremely affordable price. 10/10 I would definitely recommend ACR for anyone’s computer repair needs!
