It’s been almost 6 months and I have not heard back regarding my daughter’s laptop. Just needed to fix the letter “n”. He said it would be about 2 weeks, and after a month I reached back out and he said he gave it to his friend to see if he could figure it out to save me some money and not order a replacement part. After another 2 months of nothing I tried calling and he won’t answer the phone or my texts… tried to call just now once again and still nothing. Too bad, he seemed nice and based on previous reviews I trusted him. Hopefully I can track him down to pick up the laptop and take it to somewhere more professional

Very knowledgeable, prices are compatable with going rates, can build any type of system that you want, knows all the new hardware and software that is out there: had existing tower, tablet and new build done with A.C.R…. water cooled is in his realm. New Intel I9’s and future Intel processors along with AMD Ryzen processors are there too. He is also knowledgeable about servers and hot swap devices and server racks. Tony is also very easy to communicate with and keeps you informed of progress and (sorry to say) problems that arise along the way. Will have my computer services repaired or built by A.C.R. again.

Tony seems to be going through some stuff. He picked up my laptop to replace a cooling fan and said it would take a week. Over a month later I still hadn’t heard from him, he wouldn’t answer his phone, and had no voice mail. I tracked down his address and he was, let’s just say, not particularly clear minded. He gave me my laptop back, still not fixed, and shrugged when I asked him why.
