Mark at Affordable Computers has been servicing my computers for years.
I’m an old guy and did not grow up with computers like today’s young people.
Mark has made sure that I have anti-virus and anti malware programs to protect my computer and data.
And those few times when I did not update, Mark cleared out virus, malware and made sure Windows and other programs were fully updated
He has kept my computers updated even beyond what Windows updates does.
Unlike some previous computer service companies I had used, Mark talks to me and explains the issues, problems and what he will do to fix them.
He checks my hard drive BEFORE the repair – thank you as he once found that my hard drive was on it last legs.
I have called him several times, and he was able to fix my computer over the phone saving me a trip to his office.
He is also generally available weekends, as computer problems do not respect weeks.
I will not trust my computer to anyone else and recommend Affordable Computers to everyone I know.

Last Wednesday my computer seemed to be burping, so I clicked to restart it. As it was going through the process, it got stuck on “….restarting.” Thus, I did a Google search for computer repair near me and Affordable Computers came up. I gave Mark a call and he helped me get the computer back up an running. We then discussed how long I had had this work desktop and suggested a new hard drive might be in order and quoted me a price. On Friday afternoon I took it in to Mark and by Saturday afternoon, I had it back, with a new hard drive, no viruses and faster than it was when I purchased it in 2013. Would HIGHLY recommend Mark at Affordable Computers.
We found ourselves in need of assistance with our laptop late in the day on a Saturday afternoon and reached out to Mark. He responded to our inquiry in less than 10 minutes and was able to begin working on our problem that afternoon. He quickly identified several areas that needed correction and updating. Our problems were corrected in less than 24 hours at a very reasonable cost. Mark also provided us with helpful information so that we can keep our laptop running at optimum performance. The service was simply outstanding and we highly recommend.
