I have visited a few times and bought a couple of items. The store is always clean and well organized, but small with a rather limited inventory. A small city like Dalton cannot support a bigger store, I guess. Their prices are about where the market is, no higher and no lower. The service was decent and the staff mostly knowledgeable. I have not asked for a repair so far, so I cannot say about this side of their business. They are having a service program that seems attractive, but I have not tried it.

Nancy was absolutely wonderful. She quoted a price, estimated a pick up date and called me a day early to pick it up. She is knowledgeable and courteous. The store is clean and prices seemed reasonable on the refurbished stuff. As I was going in need of repair on my own computer, I didn’t pay a lot of attention to the prices on new systems, gaming equipment etc. I’ll be checking them out for further repairs and purchases.

I am no expert when it comes to technology, so when I brought my pc in for a repair, Nancy was very knowledgeable and answered any question I had with comforting reassurance. She was able to fix my pc within a day, and the price wasn’t bad either! She went above and beyond for me, and I really appreciated that! Needless to say, the five star review is 100% deserved!
