Alan diagnosed the issues with my HP Spectre 360 pretty much immediately over the phone (hard drive and poor battery health). We met at his office a couple of hours after our initial call, at which point Alan physically examined the pc, confirmed his earlier diagnoses, and gave me a run down of costs for repair. He advised that the hard drive would be a quick repair but the battery would take a while to arrive as he had to order it. I appreciated that straight forward and honest Communication. Furthermore, Alan was able to save all my data from the old hard drive and put it onto the newly installed internal hard drive.

With this new hard drive and battery, my pc is running like new.

Had a great experience with Alan after being extremely disappointed with a major retailer. At this retailer, I waited 2 weeks with no communication or service (they estimated 1 day to complete and charged me before even taking a look at it). I’d had enough and took it over to Alan’s after seeing all the great reviews. They serviced my PC overnight and even sent photo confirmation that my machine was up and running before I picked it up. The price was very reasonable and my machine is running better than I imagined. My weekend is saved.

I had a broken light button on a nice but 13yr old range hood. Parts were no longer available so a comparable new one would have cost about $700 installed assuming the new one fit the same. I called no less than 5 “electronic repair places” trying to get it fixed and there was either no response, “Oh we don’t do that’,” “you have to order the button yourself,” or serious price gouging. I brought the circuit board to Alan and he was able to replace the broken button in a few days for a very reasonable price! On top of that he’s a really nice guy with excellent customer service!
