I highly recommend Michael for your computer repair needs. Unfortunately, he wasn’t able to repair my machine due to a catastrophic hardware error, but he stayed in touch with me throughout the duration. When I went to pickup my computer, he didn’t want to charge me because he couldn’t fix my problem but he put his time into it so I paid him in full anyway. He also gave me free advice on my next computer purchase.
Great service. Excellent communication. Fair price. What more could you ask for? Mike took my call immediately yesterday morning when I needed help with my computer and I was able to drop it off within the hour. He kept me updated on the status of my computer and fixes made. He was very nice and clearly explained everything to me. Turnaround time was excellent.
Great service! Originally checked out that laptop had a bad hard drive, but Mike figured out it was a memory issue! Charged me about half of what original estimate was once verified it was a memory issue. Definitely will goo to Albee Digital again and recommend their services to person with any computer issues! Thanks again Albee!
