friend needed a new battery for there iPhone 7,went here and was greeted with a friendly and courteous manner and smile.
attendant confirmed it needed new battery and quoted a great price.
Proceeded to replace the battery, 20 minutes later new battery installed and he showed them new battery status 100 percent and gave them the old one as a souvenir.
All the while courteous manner and friendly smile.

Brought my phone here a month ago to get the screen repaired. It blacked out more than 1/4 of the screen randomly watching a YouTube video. I should’ve asked about a warranty or something to cover me in this circumstance because they didn’t fully explain the screen damage to me. they just replaced it fast and sent me on my way
Took deposit for service they’ve yet to provide two months later and still no follow-up/updates about service. If they don’t know how to fix something, then they need to communicate that with the paying customer! Don’t recommend.
