Took in a like-new laptop to sell, was the only person in the store when i arrived, (ended up waiting almost an hour,) only to be told a scrape on the top-left corner of the chassis made the device “worthless.” I’ve had fine experiences here in the past but i will not be back because of how unprofessional everyone there is. It would have been one thing to look at it and tell me it was worthless, it was another thing when they made me wait for an hour to be told that. Awful.
