Chuck and Alpha Computers are absolutely amazing. They are responsive, helpful, knowledgeable, professional and go above-and-beyond to help their customers. Chuck stepped in to help my family with an urgent computer issue and went on-site to their home. He promptly diagnosed the problem, went to a store to buy needed equipment and installed all in the same day! He put my family at ease and just took care of the problem. Amazing experience with Chuck! I’ve asked for his assistance a few times now and he is always fast, efficient and knowledgeable. The first time he came to my house to diagnose and clean up some problems I was having on my desktop computer. He had the parts I needed on hand and optimized it.
