I’ve been a returning customer for over a year, and i can say confidently that Steve is a resilient, respected, over qualified, impressive tech. With his background at NASA and working with computers all his life, he shows that he can conquer even the worst tasks, no matter the severity of an issue presented at his workbench he will get it done and back to you at a reasonable price and time.

Steve has fixed my demon of a machine countless times, whether it was embedded with with malicious code, defective Nvidia GPU’s or just grinding out all the possible causes and issues as to why it’s not running as intended. No matter how impossible it seemed, Steve never gave up and chipped away the issue at hand and returned my machine in one piece as if nothing happened.
