Brother and I took our laptop here after another repair shop was quick to tell us to replace our motherboard when the graphics card suddenly wasn’t being detected after only a fan, heatsink, liquid metal, and thermal paste replacement. Told us it was a hardware issue, and that the only solution was to replace the motherboard. We knew something was up so I looked for reputable shops in Riverside and brought it here the same day we received it. After a quick diagnostic they told us the previous shop had spilled bits of liquid metal all over the motherboard and even showed us microscopic images and videos of what they had done. Thomas stated that cleaning the liquid metal may get the card running again, but it could also not. Amazing customer service; Thomas thoroughly explained to us what had happened and was keen on doing us right. His family was so welcoming and professional too. Made my brother and I feel that we were in good hands (as well as our laptop lol). When we came in to pick up the laptop I almost cried when Thomas told us that our card was being detected again. I was not expecting that. I had a horrible experience with the other shop and thought my graphics card was a goner per the old shop’s claims. Overall amazing vibes, and it’s clear these people are passionate about what they do, care about their customers, and care about their business. Wish I could rate it more than 5 stars. A review can’t encapsulate how relieved and happy I am with their service. It’s been over a week and the card is still running perfectly fine!! Definitely will come again for any future issues and recommend it to anyone who is on the fence as to which shop to take their electronic to.

From the original issue of both my old and new laptops, they did a full free diagnosis and provided great solutions to resolve the main issues. Though some solutions were not obtainable, Thomas was quick and very knowledgeable with the solution. The full team was great with communication, answering all questions while ensuring absolute satisfaction. They were able to not only clone and fix the hard drive issues, but also found a cost effective replacements to get the job done. My products are faster, more durable, and a job well done with integrity and professionalism. Highly recommend

Amazing service! I called earlier in the day and Cathy was super informative and professional, told them about the problems I been having with my Xbox series X with overheating, told me to drop it off and I would be able to pick it up later in the day, very fast service while also being very thorough! They showed be before and after pictures of my console and a video showing them running my Xbox after changing the thermo pasta! Best repair shop and will definitely be coming back for any other problems I have with my electronics.
