Unfortunately, Recently a few have come back to us after going to Mitch, and let us know that they were the target of inappropriate conduct and requests for “favors” during, and following their repair.
We can no longer recommend anyone to this business as a result of this kind of behavior.
This guy is very good at what he does. He communicated great. Got me in the same day I called, and he had my phone screen fixed in only 20 minutes after dropping it off when every other shop quoted me at least an hour and he charged the exact same price. I will go back if I ever need and I would recommend his services to anyone.
Mitch is the goat! He’s very approachable and kind. Do not be discouraged by meeting him at his location. He did a screen replacement in under 15 minutes and gave us a fair price. He’s definitely got my business next time!
