I had a problem with my hp touchsmart laptop. I emailed him and he responded very quickly. He does diagnostics for free, which was awesome. I gave him my computer on Friday and got it back the next day. He charged a $50 flat rate to wipe my hard drive and repartition my hard drive. Hp would have charged hundreds. He was professional and courteous. I would recommend him in a heart beat.
Had andy try to replace the capacitors on my pcb from alien solder, he somehow managed to do it professionally without fail, and responds very quick to messages. This man is a sleeper amongst other businesses and I would recommend him in a heart beat!
Andy did a great job repairing my laptop in a timely manor, and very reasonably priced. He was very professional and courteous. I will definitely use his services again in the future and refer him to friends and family.
