I was 100% impressed with Rob and the service he provided to me recently. When my 10 year old Dell desk top computer would not boot up and I feared I had lost all my files, I searched for a reputable computer technician in Ankeny. After reading all his reviews, I called him. He responded the same day and had my computer fixed the next day with a new hard drive installed and ALL my files loaded back on the new hard drive along with reloading Windows 10 and all my desired software. He was very personable, professional, knowledgeable and reliable which is hard to find these days. If you need help with your computer, I would definitely recommend Rob. Can’t say how impressed by Rob’s prompt service on my business CPU! A+++ customer service! I was kind of concerned that I may had lost files on one of my hard drives so I reached out to Rob. From our initial conversation Rob communicated very clearly up front that he would attempt to do everything he could in his area of expertise and even give me an option to go to if he couldn’t salvage some or all of the files.
