This Business is great. I want to thank Justin for his OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. When you walk in you will be greeted with a smile and eye contact and right away you feel comfortable. I went to 2 different cell phone places and nobody even acknowledged me or other customers. I made a same-day appointment to get an iPad screen replaced. I walked in and Ryan got us taken care of in no time. Very professional and affordable. We were more than pleased with our service and it was done quickly. We will definitely be using this company any time we need a screen replaced in the future! They offer a lot of other services as well and are faith-based, which is an added bonus 🙂
My phone was not charging right. My plug seemed like it wasn’t going in the charging port all the way. I went in and asked if it could be fixed. He gave me a price that i thought was reasonable and he went to work on it. He did some scraping and cleaning and in 5 min. he had it working like new. Great knowledge, good customer service I’m very happy with the job he did. Thank you very much.
