Pretty disgusted with Apple- As a long time user of their expensive products you expect a level of care and service from them to justify the expense. I took a 1 yr old iphone 14 and an iphone 12 in as they were emitting 100 times the stated EMF levels (Electro magnetic frequency) Basically phone radiation. I bought a igh end emf reader and took this into apple to demonstrate this to the manager there and service team. My head and hands have been hurting whilst using the phone for several weeks prior. The dismissed my symptoms instore and told I should seek medical advice, but referred the matter to head office. After a week they came back and refuted any issue with the phones and stated that they would not replace or repair – or even look the phones and had closed my case. Leaving me with no options at all. Having then looked into apples safety record it is clear they are the worst offender for safety out of all the phone manufacturers. So they have no intention of admitting or acknowledging any risks- which of course there are very serious ones.

I will go ahead and take my money elsewhere . Apple clearly do not care about anything apart from taking your money. What a shame as they look great. It’s very clear that beauty is only skin deep- particularly at apple. Your safety doesn’t matter at all – even though their products are 5 times the coast of everyone else’s.

I had something stuck in my fan that was making a strange noice and was extremely worried about losing everything on my laptop as deadlines in a week! However he resolved the issue and explained everything ! I can’t thank you enough I am so pleased – best customer service I have received ever 🙂
