1) Do NOT trust the online appointment reservation system. The reserved timeslot does not provide a reserved time for customer for the service required. The store treats walk in and reserved appointment the same way.
2) They also do NOT tell you if your reserved repair appointment is less than 2 hours before their store closing time, you won’t get your phone back on the same day even if the repair/maintenance work takes 30-40 min max (Apple website doesn’t inform customers about this at all).
3) After they finally provided another appointment time to come back to get the repair done eventually, on my 2nd visit, the customer service lady still did not want to honor that appointment time designated by their store manager previously citing the same rationale from 1 and 2 above. Oh, she even mentioned that they might need to order the parts so that could take time and you would not get the phone back on the same day anyway. Why didn’t the store manager mention that previously? Or this was just an excuse? Eventually, the only way to get the repair done on that same day on the 2nd visit was to get a serious conversation with the store manager on duty and demand the service is done properly on the same day. The store manager was helpful in the end. Thank you for that. But please fix your process issues and your website.

Came in with a broken phone (screen wasn’t working) and was looking to replace and hopefully recover data from broken phone. Sales team was stretched a little thin so I waited a while but the sales team was great and very helpful once I was helped. However, everyone at the store told me there was no way to recover anything from my broken phone. I took the broken phone to a 3rd party who was able to help me recover that data and restore my new phone from this one. It is ridiculous than a third party is more helpful than the official Apple Store, especially considering how easy it was for the third party to help me recover my data.
The manager was very rude. They had a deaf employee whom I could not explain my situation to. I asked nicely if I can have someone else because my situation is complicated. The manager screamed at me and kicked me out for not working with the deaf girl when there were 2 other technicians on stand by. I swear Apple is hiring demographics lower and lower class. The manager was dark skinned with long hair. They did not wear name tags. I was in Wednesday afternoon around 4pm
