I recently visited the store to check out the new Apple Vision Pro, To my surprise, instead of reserving a unit I was told that they were in stock and ready to go. I purchased a unit. The representative did an amazing and thorough job in explaining this brand new technology that many of us are still trying to digest. In the end personal vision problems kept me from truly realizing all the benefits and Incredible achievements that Apple has made in packing so much technology into a sleek and sexy new product. Although in the end the vision pro was not for me, the staff provided an easy no hassle return experience That speaks volumes to apples commitment to customer satisfaction and the endless pursuit of creating and developing technology that Transforms our lives as we know them. I believe we are early and apple has many more breakthroughs to deliver, in the meantime I am thankful for the staff at Encantada Apple store who are not only experts but understand that we are all individuals with different preferences and comfort zones. These guys are the best!

Once again I get to review absolutely impeccable service, way above and beyond what I expect nowadays. Josh King IS king! In this day and age when attention to detail, follow-up and an attitude of ‘you’re not leaving here til we get this right’ is hard to find, I found it’s still ingrained in some people as a way of habit and being. Keep it up Josh. People notice, believe me.

And by the way, when Josh was finished taking care of me, he made sure I was left in good hands with another customer service star,,Gabriella Noriega. She totally hooked me up with a new pair of Beats. Thank goodness we have good people in the right place when it counts.

I cannot overestimate how important this is because it’s so easy to louse things up with a customer. Whoever hired these two service representatives needs to know they chose well.

I wanted to learn more about air pod pros because the apple web page sucks and has no details. I was greeted by a young man and directed to the display. Again no information. I went to the back counter where two male store employees were and they walked away as I approached. I looked around for help, all the women were talking with other women employees most of the employees were just talking to each other.

Then I saw Rob, an older gentleman standing at the laptop table. I asked him about the pros and he knew everything about them the features how to set them up; exactly what I needed to decide to try them. He efficiently rang them up had them brought to me and I was on my way.

He is your best employee, don’t lose him.
