RACIST AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I recently purchased an iPad online for pickup. The young woman asked for the appropriate documentation and my order confirmation. I was waiting 20 minutes for them to go in the back and bring me my order. They’re just huddling around in a group 6 I counted. Looking and pointing at me. No one is giving me an update. When I asked why is it taking so long where is my order I was in a rush another associate approach me saying he’s helping me now. Asking me for my info again. WHY! We’ve just went through this.GO GET MY ORDER SIR! What is the issue!? Never again! And I will be reporting this incident to corporate. A BUNCH OF MINIMUM WAGE WORKING LOSERS!!!

Came to this store and checked in and was told to have a seat. I walked to the table that was provided and saw two empty chairs and sat down with my daughter. I was told I had to get up because the seat was reserved for an YT woman who looked like a scarecrow and her daughter who had eyeliner soooo thick around her eyes she looked like a raccoon. I could have argued but I didn’t I got up and allowed scarecrow n raccoon to feel entitled and moved. This store is highly racist. Apple really need to check the employees here

I went in today to look at an Apple Watch. The sales person tried to upsell me which I understood. I asked to see a certain watchband he showed it to me and then closed the door so I couldn’t keep looking at it. He showed me the face of the watch I was interested in and after a moment put it back and I had to ask if I could see it again. Obviously he had no interest in me being there. I have no interest in buying from that store.
