If I could leave negative stars for this place, I would normally every transaction I have had at this place has been seamless. This time has been much different. There are two employees that work for this location that are out of line Apple plus on my Apple devices my phone got stolen and destroyed. I recovered the phone took it in And they refused to replace the phone when it has never been a problem before they have also sent it to a repair facility who said they want $800 to fix the phone 790 when I have the insurance coverage on the device, I have called Apple support many times and everyone has agreed it should have been sent to a repair facility as it was destroyed with broken front and rear glass Now they are shipping it to the store and we are not sure what the next steps are going to be normal. Apple replacement procedure would be $100 deductible and a replacement of the iPhone no matter what kind of phone model or shape it in I am very disappointed, and two of the employees one of them, the manager of the location veryUnprofessional Also does not care what is going on with his customers I have spent upwards of $30,000 with them this year as we own a decent size business. I would make sure you’re dealing with someone other than The manager super corrupt again everyone I have spoke to from corporate has said replace the phone and they are disagreeing. I’m using a loaner phone that is absolutely a piece of garbage thanks, Apple.

I was traveling and had battery issues with my phone. I came to the store and a complete panic and the staff member that greeted me at the door was amazingly understanding and I calmed down immediately. Another staff member got me set up with some different chords to trial and error things with my phone. While waiting, another staff member came over and got the diagnostic process started on my phone. The appointment time came a staff. Member tracked me down due to the issues with contacting me on my phone and help me transition to the tech. The tech was able to solve issues with my phone and didn’t make me feel stupid or the problems that I was having. The final staff member was nearby during the tech appointment and grabbed me the cords needed for my battery charging issue before I had to even ask her go searching for them. As worried as I was walking in the door, the staff was so supportive and completely solved all my issues. I am very grateful to the employees here.
