Not happy at all. Wish I was told there was a no return or refund policy before I bought the computer. A pawn shop would at least give you store credit or 30 days to return the product if it’s something wrong with it and the item may only cost $20. I bought the computer Friday the 29 and was told on Saturday the 30 I can’t get a refund for the computer. I don’t comprehend how you think you can sell computers that cost $200 to $300 and have no return policy, no refund or store credit exchange. Or at least tell the customer this before they purchase the product but in my case I was told “I’ve should’ve asked about it “. I’ll never shop here again, I won’t tell anyone to buy anything from this place, and you guys definitely burned a bridge with me over this computer. I hope everyone reads this review and know what you’re getting yourself into before dealing with this company. Don’t not buy anything from them it doesn’t matter if you like it or not, or if it doesn’t meet the requirements you need it to meet your stuck with it regardless. So now I would have to take my computer back to them to downgrade my OS system to make the program work. And the computer I just bought from them yesterday is sitting on the ground being completely useless. Thanks a lot bit tek.

I took my Mac to Bit Tee solutions to see what could be done to improve the performance of my computer. Jen and Christian were so professional and engaging. They answered all of my questions, gave me the best advise on what to do. They replaced my original Hard Drive with a new Solid State Drive. It dramatically improved the speed and performance of my Mac. I got my computer back quickly and they were reasonable priced. I would highly recommend their services to anyone with either computer or phone issues.
