The whole experience with this store was great. Honestly, the first time there I was quite overwhelmed because I wasn’t expecting so many employees and so many people but everything was efficient and rather quick. I brought my Mac to change the battery and you’ll need to schedule an appointment for it either by calling the Apple support or going on the website of the store. The employees are like working ants, always moving and helping.
I left my Mac on Thursday and was told it’d be ready by Tuesday but it was ready by Saturday!! The whole process was easy. I also knew how much I was supposed to pay because the apple store website allows you to get a free estimate based on what you need.
The only thing that can be a bit annoying is that it really is always busy and it can get a bit confusing inside the store. It is pet friendly so don’t be surprised to find a couple of dogs hanging around.

Used an ipad to press on a screen protector on my mother’s brand new laptop and broke the screen on her computer… Then gave a hard time to fix it appropriately. Now she has more issues, after a screen replacement. Overall: Horrible location, bad attitudes and lack of leadership. Just buy online. Save the headache. Especially the manager Tyrone, not quite the leader they need.

Terrible service for the first time. Technician was in a rush and not competent enough to identify a simple issue with my phone. Made me go to another store an hour away where they identified an issue within 5 mins. When I returned back to Shadyside they were ignorant and didn’t even apologize for rude behavior and wasting my time.
